Forest Avenue
Forest Avenue was a early Victorian town house built in Fishponds, Bristol. This was a complete renovation project, Converting it from a two bedroom property to a three bed. Adding a cloakroom to the ground floor and extending the property into the coal shed bringing it to a livable space and finishing it to a very high standard we were able to Smash the ceiling price in this area.
